Week Before Plan
You have done all the planning and found the décor to create the wedding of your dreams. Wouldn’t it be great to take that week before your wedding to just relax and spend time with your friends and family? Our Week Before Plan was put together with that goal in mind.
We take the stress off you by contacting your vendors to address questions and finalize schedules. On the day of your event we will be the primary contact that day with the vendors, with the timelines and location of their setups. Our team can manage your ceremony and reception venue decor as per your vision, and help transfer it between locations.
It all begins with an in-person consultation to go over how we can help you during the last few days before your big event.

- Review wedding day timelines and vendor contracts
- Two face-to-face consultations, unlimited communications with the coordinator by email and by phone (during business hours)
- Confirm and finalize vendor arrivals
- Primary point of contact for vendors
- Ceremony setup of your décor and transfer to venue
